欢迎使用寻梦论坛（以下简称"本论坛"）。本论坛由寻梦教育科技运营，服务器及域名位于中国香港特别行政区。本论坛严格依据香港法例第486章《个人资料（私隐）条例》（PDPO）之规定，保护用户的个人资料隐私。

第一章 总则

第一条 服务条款的接受

  1. 用户在使用本论坛服务前，应仔细阅读并充分理解本服务条款的全部内容。
  2. 用户通过注册或登录本论坛，并勾选"我已阅读并同意《寻梦论坛服务条款》"，即表示已阅读、理解并同意受本服务条款的约束，该操作构成用户"自愿且明示同意"的法律凭证。
  3. 若用户不同意本服务条款，请勿使用本论坛服务。

第二条 服务条款的适用范围

本服务条款适用于本论坛所提供的所有服务，包括但不限于浏览、发帖、回复、私信、举报、通知等功能。用户在使用本论坛的任何服务时，均受本服务条款的约束。

第二章 个人资料的收集与使用

本论坛依据香港法例第486章《个人资料（私隐）条例》（PDPO）之规定，收集、使用和保护用户的个人资料。

第三条 收集目的

本论坛收集您的个人资料，目的是为您提供账号注册、登录、发帖、私信、通知等论坛服务，以及维护论坛秩序、保障网络安全。

第四条 收集方式及资料类型

  1. 用户主动提供的资料（注册时填写）：用户名、邮箱、密码；
  2. 用户主动行为产生的资料（使用服务时产生）：发帖内容、回复内容、私信内容、个人简介、签名、头像等；
  3. 系统自动采集的资料：IP地址、浏览器类型、访问时间、设备信息、访问日志等。

第五条 资料是否强制提供及不提供的后果

第六条 资料的存储与安全

  1. 您的个人资料存储于本论坛的香港服务器中；
  2. 本论坛采取合理的技术措施（包括但不限于数据加密、访问控制等）保护您的个人资料安全；
  3. 本论坛仅在提供服务所必需的时间范围内保留您的个人资料，超出合理期限后将进行匿名化或删除处理。

第七条 资料的转移与分享

  1. 本论坛不会将您的个人资料（包括私信内容）出售或出租给第三方；
  2. 在以下情形中，您的资料可能会被转移或披露：
    • 法律法规要求或司法机关依法要求；
    • 您本人主动在公开区域（如帖子、回复）发布的内容，不属于保密范围；
  3. 私信内容的特别保护：私信内容属于用户之间的非公开通信，本论坛承诺：
    • 不会主动查阅用户的私信内容；
    • 仅在以下情形下被查阅：
      • 被举报并触发安全审查；
      • 司法机关依法要求提供；
      • 系统安全检测（自动化扫描，不人工查阅）。

第八条 您的权利（依据 PDPO 规定）

您有权：

  1. 查阅：随时查阅本服务条款及您的个人资料；
  2. 更正：通过"个人主页"更正您的个人资料；
  3. 删除：通过"个人主页"删除您的个人资料，或联系管理员协助删除；
  4. 撤回同意：您可以随时停止使用本论坛服务，您的个人资料将按相关规定处理。

第三章 用户账户

第九条 账户注册与管理

  1. 用户须提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息，并对账号和密码的安全性负责；
  2. 用户不得将其账号转让、出借或授权给他人使用；
  3. 用户发现账号被他人非法使用时，应立即通知本论坛管理员。

第四章 用户行为规范

第十条 发布内容规范

  1. 用户应遵守国家法律法规，不得发布违法、违规、色情、暴力、辱骂、歧视、广告、虚假信息等内容；
  2. 用户应尊重他人，文明交流，不得进行人身攻击、骚扰、诽谤等行为；
  3. 用户不得恶意刷屏、重复发帖、发布垃圾信息；
  4. 用户不得利用本论坛进行商业推广、广告发布等未经许可的行为；
  5. 用户不得发布侵犯他人知识产权的内容。

第十一条 违规处理

本论坛管理员有权对违反上述行为规范的内容进行编辑、删除、屏蔽等处理。对于严重违规的用户，管理员有权对其采取警告、禁止发帖、禁止私信、封禁账号等措施。用户有权举报违规内容，管理员将及时处理并反馈结果。

第五章 知识产权

第十二条 内容版权

  1. 用户在本论坛发布的原创内容，其著作权归用户本人所有；
  2. 用户同意授予本论坛在全球范围内免费、非独占、可转授权的使用许可，用于展示、传播、推广该内容；
  3. 转载他人内容时，应注明出处并尊重原作者的著作权。

第六章 免责声明

第十三条 免责范围

  1. 本论坛不对用户发布的内容的真实性、准确性、合法性承担法律责任；
  2. 用户之间因交流产生的纠纷，本论坛不承担法律责任；
  3. 本论坛因不可抗力（如自然灾害、网络攻击等）导致服务中断，不承担赔偿责任；
  4. 本论坛保留随时修改、暂停、终止服务的权利，并会提前通知用户。

第一章 總則

  1. 用戶主動提供的資料（註冊時填寫）：用戶名、郵箱、密碼；
  2. 用戶主動行為產生的資料（使用服務時產生）：發帖內容、回覆內容、私訊內容、個人簡介、簽名、頭像等；
  3. 系統自動採集的資料：IP地址、瀏覽器類型、訪問時間、設備信息、訪問日誌等。

  4. 撤回同意：您可以隨時停止使用本論壇服務，您的個人資料將按相關規定處理。

第三章 用戶帳戶

第九條 帳戶註冊與管理

  1. 用戶須提供真實、準確、完整的註冊信息，並對帳號和密碼的安全性負責；
  2. 用戶不得將其帳號轉讓、出借或授權給他人使用；
  3. 用戶發現帳號被他人非法使用時，應立即通知本論壇管理員。

第四章 用戶行為規範

本論壇管理員有權對違反上述行為規範的內容進行編輯、刪除、屏蔽等處理。對於嚴重違規的用戶，管理員有權對其採取警告、禁止發帖、禁止私訊、封禁帳號等措施。用戶有權舉報違規內容，管理員將及時處理並反饋結果。

Welcome to Xunmeng Forum (hereinafter referred to as "the Forum"). The Forum is operated by Xunmeng Education Technology, with servers and domain located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Forum strictly complies with the provisions of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (PDPO) to protect users' personal data privacy.

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 Acceptance of Terms of Service

  1. Before using the Forum's services, users shall carefully read and fully understand all contents of these Terms of Service.
  2. By registering or logging into the Forum and checking "I have read and agree to the Xunmeng Forum Terms of Service," users indicate that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This action constitutes the legal proof of the user's "voluntary and explicit consent."
  3. If users do not agree to these Terms of Service, they shall not use the Forum's services.

Article 2 Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by the Forum, including but not limited to browsing, posting, replying, messaging, reporting, and notifications. Users are bound by these Terms of Service when using any service of the Forum.

Chapter 2 Collection and Use of Personal Data

The Forum collects, uses, and protects users' personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (PDPO).

Article 3 Purpose of Collection

The Forum collects your personal data to provide you with forum services including account registration, login, posting, messaging, notifications, as well as to maintain forum order and ensure network security.

Article 4 Methods of Collection and Types of Data

  1. Data actively provided by users (provided during registration): username, email, password;
  2. Data generated by users' active behavior (generated during service use): post content, reply content, message content, bio, signature, avatar, etc.;
  3. Data automatically collected by the system: IP address, browser type, access time, device information, access logs, etc.

Article 6 Data Storage and Security

  1. Your personal data is stored on the Forum's servers in Hong Kong;
  2. The Forum adopts reasonable technical measures (including but not limited to data encryption, access control, etc.) to protect the security of your personal data;
  3. The Forum retains your personal data only for the period necessary to provide the services. Beyond a reasonable period, data will be anonymized or deleted.

Article 7 Data Transfer and Sharing

  1. The Forum will not sell or rent your personal data (including message content) to third parties;
  2. Your data may be transferred or disclosed in the following circumstances:
    • Required by laws and regulations or by judicial authorities in accordance with the law;
    • Content that you voluntarily post in public areas (such as posts, replies) is not considered confidential;
  3. Special Protection for Message Content: Message content is private communication between users. The Forum promises:
    • Will not proactively read users' message content;
    • Will only be accessed under the following circumstances:
      • Reported and triggering a security review;
      • Required by judicial authorities in accordance with the law;
      • System security detection (automated scanning, not manually reviewed).

Article 8 Your Rights (Under PDPO)

You have the right to:

  1. Access: Access these Terms of Service and your personal data at any time;
  2. Rectification: Correct your personal data through the "Profile" page;
  3. Deletion: Delete your personal data through the "Profile" page, or contact an administrator for assistance;
  4. Withdraw Consent: You may stop using the Forum's services at any time, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

Chapter 3 User Accounts

Article 9 Account Registration and Management

  1. Users shall provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and are responsible for the security of their account and password;
  2. Users shall not transfer, lend, or authorize others to use their account;
  3. If users discover that their account is being used illegally by others, they shall immediately notify the Forum administrator.

Chapter 4 User Conduct Guidelines

Article 10 Content Guidelines

  1. Users shall comply with applicable laws and regulations and shall not post illegal, harmful, obscene, violent, abusive, discriminatory, advertising, or false information;
  2. Users shall respect others, communicate civilly, and shall not engage in personal attacks, harassment, defamation, or other similar behavior;
  3. Users shall not spam, repeatedly post, or publish junk information;
  4. Users shall not use the Forum for commercial promotion, advertising, or other unauthorized activities;
  5. Users shall not post content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Article 11 Handling of Violations

Forum administrators have the right to edit, delete, or block content that violates the above conduct guidelines. For users who seriously violate the rules, administrators have the right to take measures including warnings, banning posting, banning messaging, or account suspension. Users have the right to report violations, and administrators will handle and provide feedback in a timely manner.

Chapter 5 Intellectual Property

Article 12 Content Copyright

  1. Users retain the copyright to their original content posted on the Forum;
  2. Users agree to grant the Forum a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to display, distribute, and promote the content;
  3. When reposting others' content, please credit the source and respect the original author's copyright.

Chapter 6 Disclaimer

Article 13 Scope of Disclaimer

  1. The Forum is not legally responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of content posted by users;
  2. The Forum is not legally responsible for disputes arising between users;
  3. The Forum is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.);
  4. The Forum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time, and will notify users in advance.

Chapter 7 Modification of Terms of Service

Article 14 Terms Updates

  1. The Forum has the right to modify these Terms of Service based on legal requirements or operational needs;
  2. Modified terms will be published on this page and users will be notified via announcements;
